This messaging program sends educational, informational, and customer support messages to customers who have engaged with The Credit Mate LLC through our website or our chat widget, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through our chat widget with dedicated, explicit consent for SMS messaging. Messages may include educational updates, reminders, rescheduling or appointment updates when applicable, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
